Esta comunidad es Sefaradi, según el rito de los judíos de Salónica, Grecia. Fue construida por la familia Recanati oriunda de dicha ciudad, en memoria de Yehuda Leon Recanati, importante benefactor en todo el mundo. Esta familia también donó el hogar de ancianos Bet Abot Recanati de Turquía.

This community is Sefaradi, according to the rite of the Jews of Salonica, Greece. It was built by the Recanati family, which came from that city, in memory of Yehuda Leon Recanati, important benefactor around the world. This family also donated the home of old Bet Abot Recanati of Turkey.
